Terms of Service

These summary terms describe how Axivo scopes, delivers, hands over, and supports launch work.

Scope and proposals

Each project is delivered against an agreed proposal or written scope. If the requested work expands beyond that scope, Axivo may quote the additional work separately.

Payments

Project payment terms are confirmed in the proposal. Prices shown on the website are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Third-party subscriptions, domain registrations, and similar direct costs are billed separately to the client.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any required content or access. Delays in approvals or missing inputs can affect delivery timing.

Ownership and handover

Clients retain ownership of their domain, website assets, brand files, and business accounts. Axivo includes handover of agreed files, access, and relevant setup information at the end of the project.

Post-launch support

Launch System includes 14 days of post-launch support for questions and minor adjustments. Ongoing support after that period is optional and may be provided on an hourly basis or under a monthly care plan.

Larger changes and additional work

Requests such as extra pages, expanded features, substantial redesigns, or broader technical changes may require a separate quote before work begins.
